My puppy got Giardia and I took him in for testing. Everyone from the front desk to the tech to the veterinarian were all so kind. I was really worried that it was going to cost a lot because they had to get a fecal sample and look at it under the microscope. I was imagining each thing they did was just adding more and more money to the bill. But I was only charged the $75 office visit and the two medications they sent home with me were very affordable. They didn’t try to get me to do unnecessary blood work or testing which I have experienced with other vets. I love this place and will never go anywhere else!
Everyone is so great at South Mountain. Starting with the sweet greeting from Katie, to the warm hello and care from Melissa to the loving attention from Dr. Ingraham. We are so pleased with how much they care for Luna and we never feel rushed or minimized. Dr. Kim has made such a difference in Luna's quality of life, we can't thank her enough!
