They communicate openly with owners, making sure they feel informed and supported throughout their pet's treatment. Many clients appreciate that the staff respects their beliefs, especially regarding vaccines and western medicine. The clinic is known for its caring staff who genuinely want to help pets and their owners. They also have a special fund donated to by clients, which helps those who cannot afford certain treatments, showing the hospital’s caring nature. Owners feel their pets and themselves are truly cared for at Hillside Vet.
Every time I have taken my sweet cats to Hillside, I have been met with TLC from the moment we walk in. Dr. Burchett was outstanding today problem solving and the vet tech was so caring wrapping my kitty like a purrito. You can tell Hillside is a community of animal lovers with professionalism that has had me entrust my fur babies for years, and today's experience makes us lifetime customers/ patients.
Hillside Veterinary was very professional and invitng. The receptionists were very friendly. They offer anesthesia free dental cleanings, which is a huge plus for me. So far I'm happy to have switched to Hillside.
Dr. Ryan and the team at Hillside Vet are PHENOMENAL! I took my senior dog in for an exam in February. Not only did they provide x-rays, medications, and his rabies vaccine for a fair price, Dr. Ryan also took almost 30 minutes to answer every question I had in detail. We ended up having to put our dog down in March, but we received the sweetest sympathy card from the whole team. The level of service and customer care at Hillside are unparalleled. I won't go anywhere else again!
