“Expert Services are awesome, we had them come out last week to clean out our dryer vent because we could tell our dryer wasn’t working as well as it should and now it’s working great. They were quick and efficient. Today we had them come out again to look at our water heater because it’s getting old and they checked the pressure and such and didn’t even charge us anything. They gave us some estimates for a new water heater and water softener if we decide to go that route. There was no pressure sales techniques or anything like that. We are really happy with these guys and when the time comes we will choose them for a new water heater.“

This is the second time we've called him, and he was so helpful and responsive. They are reasonably priced and try to resolve the problem without full replacement (unlike other places). Unfortunately this time we needed to replace, they scheduled for the next business day and even brought some heaters for the weekend. I will absolutely call them again in the future.“

“These guys were great! I had tried two other HVAC suppliers and they would only sell parts to licensed contractors. When I contacted Allred's they said they could put me on one of their in-house accounts. They had me bring in my faulty ignitor and had a universal ignitor on hand that worked out perfectly. I'll definitely go back here for future HVAC needs that I'm able to handle myself.“

“This company was AWESOME !!! I tried to change my shower cartridge but could not remove due to hard water. I turned the water back on but the faucet was leaking. I called and they were incredibly understanding. They scheduled me that day to come rescue me. Miguel was great on the phone. Ron showed up to my house in less than 30 minutes and was able to fix my furnace for a 10th of the cost Any Hour wanted to charge and it only took him seven minutes. I highly recommend Ron. “Called and was able to make an appointment for the next day when I wanted. I was given a 4 hour window of when they could show up, and no one ever showed up or called. I called in and they were very polite and called the plumber and got back to me. We ended up rescheduling for the next morning. I the same issue with no show and no call. Called back in and they promised the plumber would arrive in an hour. He showed up about an hour and a half later. He was very polite and friendly and resolved my issue quickly. I’m glad it wasn’t an emergent problem because I did enjoy the service, I think just poor communication.“
