Scott and his team did exceptional work. My mother-in-law has a converted attic. There is no insulation between the roof and the converted sleeping space, so it gets very hot in the summer. As a result, this area was way too hot for comfortably sleeping.
Scott installed a 115-V Daikin mini-split. We got bids from 3 different vendors before pulling the trigger. We were most impressed with Scott's knowledge and thorough explanation of various ways in which he would hide the line and address the rather old nature of the house (built in 1877).
