“I was very pleased with My Buddy the Plumber. Robert, the technician who drove all the way down from Ogden to our place in Provo, arrived at exactly the time promised and was so pleasant. He did exactly what I wanted: he provided a temporary fix for our outdoor antifreeze faucet that made a terrible, loud, vibrating noise every time we turned the faucet on. We had two identical faucets -- and simply exchanging the stem between them solved the vibration problem. Being a DIY-er, I wanted to save money by completing the repair later by myself, which I was able to do for both faucets. We were told by another company that used a scare tactic and said we needed to replace our HVAC or we would have carbon monoxide in our home. When Wright's came to check it out, they said it was still good and would last hopefully for more years. They could have tried to sell us a new unit but didn't.“
