“Taylor HVAC was fantastic to work with! We needed a new central air unit. Their pricing is fair and I can tell they aren't in this to take advantage of people. We had some hiccups after they installed, which had nothing to do with their work, but with who put in the furnace a few years ago. They came on July 4th to help us and then worked with us to come up with a more than fair solution. We will be using them going forward for all of our HVAC needs. Despite the brutal heat outside, we are sitting in fully functioning air conditioning (best we've ever had in this house!) I can't recommend them enough!“

“6/30/22: Requested Stephen Crain because we trust him and he and company always takes good care of my mom's HVAC system. Came on time for seasonal check and all OK except condensation pump not turning off when reservoir empty. Because mom is 97 and on limited budget and the new pump has plug and requires outlet, Stephen sold us Part-only for my electronic tech brother-in- law to install later and save her installation cost.
7/20/22: Later after Stephen and I left, my mom complained that AC wasn't cooling. She called AAA back and Spencer Phillips showed up the next day and determined that the existing condensation pump occasionally would shut down condensing unit. He cleaned out the reservoir, float, outlet hose check valve and restored unit and AC to working order. Later he called me and specifically explained all that he did. Thanks Spencer for the unique resolve and detailed explanation.

9/4/22: Emergency Sunday call for AC not working due to old condenser pump down again. Stephen Crain came out on time to wire in new condenser pump and had my elderly mom back up and running. Thanks again Steve.
3/13/23: Spring AC & Furnace check by Stephen. All Ok.
6/20/25: Requested Steven Crain to come and do 1st routine AC check. We purchased a 2-year 4-visit package. 3 to go.
5/20/26: Steve as usual met our expectations.“
