I thought I would be charged with another visit fee, as most companies do (even when it was their mistake), but they sent Megan back out and she was able to put it back and troubleshoot with me for a bit and only charged me for the filter replacement. So, yes, 5 stars! Honest company and if you get Megan, she's amazing!!“

“We love HRC climate services! A few years ago when the blower on our furnace unit went out, two different companies were doing their best to get us to buy a new one, and not just that, to replace all both our furnace units and air conditioning units at a cost of $30,000. Desperate because that was money we didn't have, I asked a friend for a reference and she suggested I try HRC. I called and they came after hours (Since my air conditioning wasn't running because of the blower and it was over 100 degrees outside) and swapped out the blower motor at a reasonable cost. Several years later all my units are still working just fine. We've used HRC ever since and they've always been honest and fair. I highly recommend them!“

All the big companies would have told us it needed to be replaced (which, of course it does at some point) but Erik was able to do a small repair and hopefully let us squeeze a little bit more life out of our old furnace. So much better than working with the big companies! They treated us like family and will have our business forever. “I was very pleased with My Buddy the Plumber. Robert, the technician who drove all the way down from Ogden to our place in Provo, arrived at exactly the time promised and was so pleasant. He did exactly what I wanted: he provided a temporary fix for our outdoor antifreeze faucet that made a terrible, loud, vibrating noise every time we turned the faucet on. We had two identical faucets -- and simply exchanging the stem between them solved the vibration problem. Being a DIY-er, I wanted to save money by completing the repair later by myself, which I was able to do for both faucets.
