Other than the new prices. The Service guy “Zack” not mentioning names but Zack. Who I think needs a good Raise. Came to our house as a professional entered with his cute blue booties. I told him he didn’t have to wear them, but he still did and proceeded to check out or water heater and gave us the price of a new one and the option of replacing the control panel last time I put a water heater in. they weren’t this much but Zack I mean he or enter your own pronoun here. Did an amazing job. Pronoun here pulled the old one out cleaned up before installing a new water heater brought everything up to code. Thank you for sending this amazing person to fix the problem.… read full review

I am very thankful for Jeff at Western Heating, Air & Plumbing. it had been almost 90 degrees in my place for several days and he went out of his way to get the AC fixed out of concern for us. I would give 10 stars but they only let me go to 5

The after hours staff was really great and helped me promptly and politely with setting up an appointment today for one of our tenants needing to keep critical medication at a certain temperature.
Carson was the technician who came out and he did a really excellent job of showing visuals and a great description of what happened as well as a thorough review over the phone .
I feel confident he’ll be able to help with our situation. Thank you !
