I’m SO HAPPY with the service I received from Western! Tyler H and Parker were at my house exactly when they said they would be, and were so kind and thorough in explaining what was going on in my vents. They replaced everything above and beyond what they needed to, and gave me advice on how I could care for it myself going forward so that I wouldn’t need to schedule another service. And they left everything so clean! I wouldn’t even know they were ever here if I hadn’t been home, they did such a great job. 10/10!!
We’ve been with Western Heating and Air for 25 years. Western Heating came twice a year to give us tuneups and our heater lasted 25 years. Shawn, with Western Heating came yesterday to replace it with something more efficient. He and his team were very kind, considerate and Knowledgeable and they left everything clean and tidy. We appreciate the trained technicians they send to us and will be staying with Western Heating and Air for another 25 more years!Services: Heating system repair
