Very professional. Arrived on time. Blake knew what the issue was right away and explained each step while fixing it with details in a timely manner. The cost was very convenient and reasonable comparing to others. I do recommend and will call anytime I have another plumbing issue at home.

My home is a 1972 build and is showing its age in several ways. The most recent one was a slow draining issue in our main line that has been an issue and has gotten worse since we purchased our home in 2006. The results of the evaluation by the 1-800 Plumbers supervisor was not what I wanted to hear, but I’m glad that I had chosen them for this major undertaking. To say that this company stands behind their work would be an understatement. I have no hesitations in recommending 1-800 Plumbers+Air for any repairs, big or small. This was for a sewer scope on a home purchase and it took a little longer than expected. He had to cut or grind off the Cap to the clean out and then didn't have the part to replace it so ran to one store, came back and it was the wrong size, so had to run to another store. A 30 minute job turned into a several hour job. I was also told I would be given notification when the driver was on his way but I received notification when he was at the property. The property is 30 minutes from where I was at so I had to scramble to get there and meet him. The sewer scope was done well though.
