Mark came to perform the routine flush of my tankless water heater. Found out during the inspection my pressure relief valve was spent and letting water in at 90 psi instead of the recommended 30-75psi range. Agreed to have a new PRV installed and Mark did a superb job. Was very quick and very professional, and explained all the steps in the process, as well as answered the many questions I had.
Gavin did an amazing job unplugging 2 bathtubs and replacing valve. My doggie loved him and Gavin was very patient and kind with him. He was pleasant and did a great job explaining.
