I recently hired Highland Heating and Air to install a heat pump for our new triple wide and I am so glad I did! I had the hardest time finding someone to come out because it was so close to the holidays. I even dealt with a lot of no shows. Then one day, I saw a truck pulling a trailer with a cute cow on it and it caught my eye. It was a clear sign because I needed an HVAC guy! Joseph is absolutely amazing. Immediately after the first contact, he came to inspect our home to properly quote us for what we needed. He was very informative and explained everything to me in a way that I understood which I appreciated so much!! His communication was excellent and kept me up to date on the timeframe for when the parts would be delivered and when he could come out and install. He works so hard to complete the job within a timely manner, he even takes extra time to run tests and explain how everything works when he’s done! We had issues (operator error of course) the day after install and he immediately came out to show me what I was doing wrong. If you are looking for an honest HVAC company, please think of Joseph for your project! He is the best and I will continue to use him for my future needs. Thank you for everything Joseph!
I can’t say enough about Highland Heating! Joseph again did a fantastic job of servicing my furnace and air conditioner. Ready for winter. I’m so thankful for him and how nice and professional he is. He explains everything he’s doing. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed
