I do Pilates in NOLA and while on vacation was so lucky to find Julie. She is very knowledgeable and quickly determined what my normal rouine was and added some additional items to make things interesting . Thank you Julie. Hope to see you next year.

Everything about Juliy's studio is fabulous. I have a TBI with specific health needs. Her knowledge of Pilates and the healing sciences in general have helped me so much . . . mind, body and spirit. Highly recommended!

Juliy Marie is a gifted Pilates instructor whom I've had the pleasure of learning Pilates from for over 13 years. Due to her innate ability to customize each session to the needs of her clients, I was able to continue Pilates while healing from a broken elbow & a year of back pain. She is remarkable!
