I've tested every fitness club in Park City and let me tell you there are a lot. From upgrade labs to Basin rec, I am most happiest at this little HIIT gym tucked into Redstone near the Newpark Hotel. 45 minutes, you're in and out and that walk around checking on your dorm and motivation are the best. This is not the cheapest facility, that award goes to Basin rec but if you're looking for a quick overall workout to whip yourself into ski shape, f45 is the best!
