    This is a great place and a great concept, but it has one major flaw. No warm ups. I get it, there’s not a lot of spare time in a 45 minute window, but it’s still a little risky. I’m very active - workout, play bball, mountain bike multiple times per week, and I still strained some muscles that took a while to heal. Love the people and the idea, just wish they had ellipticals or something to get your heart rate and body temp up before you start the heavy training.UPDATE: I did see the stationary bikes stored in the corner and assumed they were for a spin class or something later in the day.     I’ve been working out taking group fitness classes for 25 years and F45 Park City is definitely one of the most fun, challenging and high energy fitness studios I’ve ever been to! Coach Devan is the best teacher! Her Friday morning classes really starts your day off right!

    This is such a great workout!!! I have been lifting weights for about 10 years stuck in the same routine. I tried it out and it's amazing! It shows you your weakness's and let's you build up your core.I have been having back issue's for about 15 years and have been babying my back for 15 years. Laycee has been working with me and fixed up my form and things to work on. Now im slowly building my strength back up!! Starting from 0 is oh so humbling and rewarding I LOVE IT!All the instructors crush it in a highly motivating way. Theres a real community vibe here I can't wait to go deeper in. Thank you so much Team!
