Steve is fantastic at what he does, and it’s much more than a massage. He has helped me with years long hip pain and I am always amazed at how good I feel after I see him, which is saying a lot because I know it’s much needed! The space is clean and peaceful and smells really good. Highly recommend.

As a man who grew up in and out of my mothers high end salons throughout my childhood I have developed a high standard for my haircuts with my thick curly hair. It took me 2/3 years of living in Salt Lake before I found Peggy and for the last 3 years she has been the only one I trust to cut my hair the way I need it. She’s so fun, knows what she’s doing, and will always have you happy with your haircut in my experience.

Josh did an amazing job helping my son and me with our hairstyles. He’s very friendly and attentive and willing to try different products until he gets it right. He also took the time to teach my son how to style his hair, which was great because he’s still figuring out his own style and this gave him the tools to experiment with it. Wonderful experience!
I booked with Ms. Kayla on the Booksy app and she’s been amazing. Not only does she have exceptional professionalism but she delivers everytime! After trial and error with other barbers over the years I finally have the haircut I’ve always wanted thanks to her! I wish I could show my appreciation more in a monetary fashion!! She knows what will look good on you for your eye shape and what your eyelashes can and can’t take without damaging the health and integrity of them. This was my second time getting waxed, and my first time at His+Hers Waxing. Chelsea was great to work with and helped make the experience of ripping out hundreds of hair follicles more manageable through her personable conversation skills. Overall it was a good experience, but the thoroughness in evenly clearing the specific areas requested for my appointment has been found lacking.

I can’t say enough good things about Alicia at Utah Prenatal Yoga! I started attending her classes around my second trimester (wish I had started even earlier), and these classes were such a vital part of my pregnancy journey. Alicia is a fantastic instructor and incredibly personable. No matter the class size, she sees and hears the struggles of moms and moms-to be! She provides personalized feedback and suggests appropriate modifications every session. She caters to all ability levels, so every class feels really inclusive.
These classes have been absolutely crucial—not only in preparing me for childbirth, but even afterward. The postpartum classes have helped me regain strength, reconnect with my breathing, and rebuild my pelvic floor. I’m so grateful and feel so much stronger and more in sync now. If you’re expecting or if you’re in the postpartum phase, these yoga classes are such a game changer.

I have been consistently active in the gym for the past 15 years, with a strong focus on bodybuilding. During that time, I have had countless massages, some better than others, but I never truly believed immediate pain relief was possible from a single session.
Before we started, I pointed out a few areas that were bothering me and mentioned an old knee injury that had been causing ongoing issues. Honestly, I did not think the knee pain was something that could be addressed. It has been a problem for years, and I mainly wanted Limhi to be aware of it so it would not be aggravated during the session.
To my surprise, I walked out completely free of the neck, shoulder, and back pain I came in with. Even more impressive, the nagging knee pain that I have been seeing orthopedic specialists for over the years was gone as well.
This was, without question, the most intentional and effective bodywork I have ever experienced. Within just a few minutes, it became clear that Limhi has an exceptional understanding of the body and his craft. He is truly a master at what he does.
I know some people may look at the price of a 90 minute massage and think it is on the high end. After my experience, I can confidently say that is exactly where it should be. Stacie Stevens gives the best massage I have even had in the whole us! From east coast to west, I had numerous massages from hotel spas and local massage shops, no one understands as much as she does.
I had stiffness on my arms, elbows and legs after many hours tennis weekly and she untangled all my muscles knots. I feel recovered right after!
If my schedule allowed, I would like to have her massage every 10-14days! Very good for my body especially I have had many old injuries.

I was in on business from Philadelphia. The massage was amazing! By far the best massage I’ve ever had. She came to my hotel room and we had the session there. It was a 2 hour session with cranial massage at the end. I can’t remember the last time that I’ve felt so relaxed, and her touch was perfect. I was in Salt Lake City for two weeks, so I had her come back the second week for a second massage. It was even better than the first. She is super personable. The atmosphere that she created, even in my hotel room was perfect, and she used just the right amount of pressure. If I am ever back in SLC for business, I will be contacting her again for sure. A+++++++!!!!!!!!
I had a 90 minute massage with Bryan today. It was incredible to say the least. Bryan is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He was attentive to my specific areas that were hurting. Mandy recommended a combo when we walked in and it was perfect. The room was clean, peacful and quiet. The bed was warm. These ladies know what they are doing! They were always considerate and were asking how the pressure was. My husband and I had never had a Thai massage before but my favorite part was mandy walking on my back. The combination of stretches and deep massage was just what I needed. I have never felt so relaxed after a massage and I have had my fair share. I would fly into Vegas just for this massage. You lovely ladies never stop doing what you are doing! You are amazing and I should have given you a hug after.
