I got a simple and quick trim and Peggy did a good job. My appointment scheduling experience was a little off: she texted me that I was “late” for my 11:30 am appointment, but my appointment was for 12:30 pm, so I hurried in around 12:00 pm, and then a man came in for that exact time slot. It seemed like she bumped me up to get him in? I took one star off for that, it made me feel weird and I would have preferred to reschedule instead of be rushed out the door for the next client. The salon is really clean and beautiful though. Anyway, she was really nice other than the time debacle.
