“Chris came out a week ago to assess my roof and gutter. Originally, we were looking to install the gutter leaf gutter because we thought that was causing the issue with one of our gutters. However, Chris advise my husband that the leaf gutter did not make sense in our situation and the issue with due to improper installation. In regards to our roof, he told us that wind had create the damage to a few areas on the top of our roof. The quote he provided was very reasonable and his team came out yesterday and completed the work within an hour. My husband and I were really impressed that Chris did not sell us on things that were not needed on our house (i.e. the leaf guard) and fixed the issues on our roof and gutter. “I just have to share what a wonderful experience I had with Alta Roofing! The roof on my house was the original one from back in the 1990s, and it was looking terribly worn out and faded. I ended up dealing directly with Bennett and Brent, and they were just fantastic. From the very first day Bennett came out to take a look, to the day they completely finished the brand-new roof, the whole thing only took two weeks!

But honestly, the biggest blessing was how they helped me get my insurance to pay for the replacement. We had some damage from a past storm, and Bennett was such a great help walking me through the claims process. They worked so quickly with State Farm to get the approval, and it was completely hassle-free for me. Out of the whole big project, all I had to pay out of pocket was my $1,600 deductible. They even made sure everything was brought up to current building codes, which gave me such peace of mind.

I have to share a funny little side note: while Bennett was over inspecting my roof, my neighbor came over to brag about how he just got his roof replaced for only $15,000. Well, now I get to brag that mine only cost about 10% of that amount!

Alta Roofing even waited for me to receive my payout check from State Farm before I had to pay them for the finished roof, which was just amazing and took so much stress off my plate. If you need roof work done, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They saved me so much money and the house looks beautiful!“

“Our experience with DaBella was positive overall. Hector did a great job selling the siding project to us and despite a high cost, we loved the end product of our house. I do believe that the James Hardie siding will last a long time and will add value to our house. We did not feel any pressure in using their company during the initial sales and felt that we were presented with good options. My gripe is from the subcontractor used to install the siding. The point person seemed a bit rude at times when we tried to bring up concerns and kept throwing out they could not do this and that because it was not in the contract or would void our warranty. They are the experts and we are not so if issues arise, I was hoping for a more collegial dialogue to come up with solutions to the concerns. Another person from the subcontracting group actually came and helped us with our problem so we were thankful for that. The actual crew who installed the siding did a fantastic job in the heat of the summer and we are very appreciative of them. The communication amongst DaBella, subcontractor, and us could definitely have been better. We appreciated Aaron from DaBella too who is the quality control person.“
