Heather gave me a 2hr deep tissue massage that was simply excellent. Her skill level was top notch, her sensitivity to my injuries, and her quiet professionalism made this massage one of the best I have had.

Amanda gives excellent massages and works hard to make sure your appointment is comfy and your pain is addressed. She's super knowledgeable about stretches, yoga poses, and meditation to use at home to make the pain relief continue. Her local meditation hikes and snowshoe hiking trips are an amazing experience, she knows the best trails and most beautiful areas to go. Try the float or infrared sauna before your massage to get even more relaxed!

Amanda and her professionalism on massaging are awesome. Results are excellent. She masters different massage techniques. Facilities are nice, clean and functional. They have their own parking lot.

Bringing the spa to your home with our in home massage specialty, we also offer a space in our wellness center (just east of Park City) that not only allows you to help heal your body, but your mind and soul as well. We firmly believe that taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. We are trained in many massage modalities from hot stone, prenatal, cranial sacral etc. and offer a variety of techniques in our massage depending on what your body is needing. We specialize in Lomi Lomi massage, which is a very relaxing and healing modality originating from Hawaii, if you haven't tried it, well you should!
