Limhi has helped with my recoveries for several months now. He’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. He’s instantly connects with your body, feels what needs the most attention, and knows how to balance the intensity level to give the best results. Limhi’s spectrum of intensity is boundless. He can work as deep or light as you want or need. I workout at CrossFit and have a desk job. Since going to Limhi, my mobility, comfort, muscle tightness, and recoveries have improved. This guy is the real deal.
Last week I came across Iron Palm Massage on Yelp. A high rating and photos of cupping therapy drew me to clicking on the business. I am very happy to have found Limhi. Since moving to the SLC area a couple years ago, I have tried quite a few massage therapists and haven't quite found the right person. I have always dealt with back issues/pain since at a young age due to scoliosis and car accidents. As a grown adult, that is compounded with a desk job and being a new mom. During the initial assessment, Limhi mentioned that I hold a lot of tension in my body. Limhi is an incredibly gifted massage therapist. I have gotten massages at least seasonally and sometimes more for 30 plus years. I found Limhi 3 years ago and he is simply the best. I love the Thai massage techniques he throws in. As a woman I always feel comfortable with him. I recommend his 90 min massage.
