It is a great environment where the patient receives one-on-one focus in a private room, rather than in a large room with multiple patients like other facilities. Her physical therapist, Arleen, was able to successfully help my daughter alleviate her pain and strengthen her wrist and hip for continued participation and success in her sport.“

I had no idea how much more effective assisted stretching could be—until I went in for a complimentary session. I was genuinely amazed at how deep and targeted the stretches were. They reached muscles I didn’t even realize needed attention!
After just one visit, I felt a noticeable difference in how my body moved and felt overall. It was eye-opening and incredibly beneficial. I’m truly grateful for the experience.
A special shout-out to Marcus—his expertise and professionalism really stood out. He guided the session with care and precision, and I could tell he genuinely knows his craft. In my opinion, he’s an exceptional practitioner and a true asset to Stretch Zone.

537 S Ports Cove, Draper“I recently started my fitness journey after not having been active much since hitting my 30s. When looking for a calisthenics class, Amber's class popped up right away. I know this stuff can see tough and maybe scary but TAKE THE CLASS. This has been one of the most fun and challenging fitness classes I've ever taken. Amber is a great teacher mixing both beginner friendly moves and more advanced moves in the same class and is always ready to help you when you're struggling with a move. I love her focus on form and making sure you're doing it right to not only avoid injury but go make sure you're building that muscle.“

I struggled for years with lat engagement. With his help I was able to figure that out. He also has helped with any other therapy needed and advised on stretches and such that make a huge difference. I have also done stem therapy and that was a game changer with activating muscles that have never been activated. Highly recommend Rob.“

13322 3600 W #101, Riverton“I was scrolling through instagram and came upon an ad for Stronglife. I filled out the questionnaire even though I wasn’t sure I was ready to make a change. Jill kept reaching out and I decided to join. I wasn’t sure if I would even have the motivation to go. I had been in a pretty bad depression but I just kept showing up. I have had the opportunity to train with a few of the trainers and everyone is amazing. I’ve trained with Austen regularly. He’s always been amazing and is helping me to get stronger and teaching me the proper ways to lift. Andrew and Shayla are the other 2 I have worked with and they are both amazing as well. Sydney keeps me accountable and motivated with my eating habits. She has great ideas and suggestions. Plus the people who are clients here are in your corner as well. It’s been really nice to have people who support and care. Not only am I getting stronger and feeling better physically but I feel like I’m able to function in my life and my family is grateful to have their mom and wife more present and not in such a fog. I’m incredibly grateful to have Stronglife.“

The classes are fun and push you to do your best and go at your own pace. The people are supportive and friendly and make the experience more enjoyable!! Great atmosphere!“
