I've been with them for a couple of years now, and they always surpass my expectations: they are very honest, very reasonably priced and they are at my place as soon as they are able to be there. “We had our older water heater go out on the weekend right before Christmas! We had used other plumbers on our house on other things. But I decided to go to Angi’s List and came across Enoch Plumbing. They within hours on a Sunday got me a quote. We then got a couple of others including one from previous company. Enoch gave me the best price for a brand new Rheem water heater and even included 4 more years on the manufacturer warranty for a 10 year warranty. The other companies were all higher on price. Also Enoch scheduled their technician/plumber for the earliest time to replace compared to others. Zack was our plumber on site! He was awesome, knowledgeable, personable, and professional! He took care of us and left everything working and clean. I am in construction as well, and really appreciated his help fixing our problem and ability to communicate with us. All in all I would recommend Enoch and Zack. If plumbing issues ever come again for us I will call them first. I believe in creating relationships, and Zack definitely did that for us! “I'm so thankful we were referred to JLS Heating and Air. They're a best kept secret for DFW! Not only did we receive a quality unit at an affordable price we received quality work. Every time we reached out with a question we received a prompt thorough response or a personal call from the owner, Joe. After our decision on a new AC and Furnace he was able to schedule service the next day. The day of service 3 skilled, friendly family members arrived. They were punctual, diligent and very informative on the process. We were nervous that a Friday install would result in a rushed service. It was the complete opposite, they stayed until after typical business hours to ensure quality accurate work. We had an odd scenario of our outside unit not turning on. They promptly visited our property to check the system. As it turned out, our electricity to our house was the issue and addressed by Oncor later that date. If you are needing a quality system and quality people, I still recommend JLS Heating and Air.“

“We have 2 central systems: one for main part of house and second for add-on and upstairs. In June our secondary unit went out. Another company said a "band-aid" fix would be close to $4000 and we really should just replace the whole thing. We couldn't do that financially so we bought free-standing and window units. This week our main unit stopped working. They came out and had it up and running in short order and for about $100. So we asked them to give us a second opinion on our secondary unit. He didn't want to know what the first company diagnosed was wrong with it until he did his own inspection. His diagnosis was one of 3 things being wrong, which would have to be tried separately, but at the very MOST, the third and worst problem would cost us about $1500! Then he looked at the other company's result and said there is no way they could determine that being the problem without checking other, simpler things first. AND their $4000 fix would be less than half that with A/C Service and Repairs Co. He got the unit up and running, (it was the second situation) for about the same cost as what it cost us to buy the free-standing and window units initially. We could have been running that air all summer instead of using these window units. We will never use another A/C company again! Oh and he called back that night to check and make sure it was still running well. THAT'S good customer service.“
