We had ac problems after hours and put a call on to Poe Air. It went to a recorded message, but before we could get referrals from friends and family for another company he called back and was at our home in less than 30 mins. He singled out the problem, and listened to our concerns about a high electric bill did a system check and informed us of a possibility of the cause; too much freon. He said it causes the AC to use more electricity and recommended "bleeding" some off.We agreed to call and set another appointment and before we could the next day, he called us, was able to come right away. Great service and pricing. Came the same day I called, and fixed the problem quickly. I thought I needed expensive freon recharge, but he found a simpler problem. Saved me money and got my old system running like a champ again. Highly recommend!

Gary and his guys are amazing to work with! Lisa, gets them scheduled in a timely manner. They are very well at communication as a company. They show up on time, work hard throughout, are trustworthy and overall an exceptional company for your AC/Heating needs! We used them to install new units on a rooftop; not the easiest install.
