Poe air came out to look at our issues same day. They quickly diagnosed that it was an electrical issue and recommended an electrician. They were very thoughtful and someone we would want to do business with long term.
Garrett came out and replaced the fan motor on my outside unit he was done in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the service I recieved. I will continue to use them from now on.
Had the fan on the outside unit going bad and with the freezing temperatures coming I needed it fixed same day.
