“I’ve been a member at Club Pilates for a year now, and the improvements I’ve seen in myself are incredible. My range of motion, body composition, core strength, and overall wellbeing have all improved substantially. I used to have shoulder pain and sciatic pain, and both are completely gone.

The environment here is truly special. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and inclusive. I’ve never had a bad experience or felt out of place, not once. I also love seeing the diversity in every class. It is truly inspiring seeing women of all age groups and sizes just killing it!

The instructors are phenomenal! A special shout out to Lauren, Keenan, Nancy, and Kaylee, these ladies are so skilled, motivating, and supportive without ever being pushy. They make every class such a positive experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this studio. If you’re on the fence about trying it, sign up for a free intro class. You’ll be so glad you did!

My only con is that I would love to see some bigger sizes in the merch ?“

“It is so hard to find a camp that is more than just childcare. YogiSquad created a camp that is enriching, fun, and focused on learning, mindfulness, and movement. My son loved every day and came home with fun crafts and stories. It's exciting to know that they bring this programming out into the community at underserved schools, community centers, and childcare facilities. I hope our community knows how lucky we are to have YogiSquad!“

“My goodness, this place is doing great things. I've never seen a business this community- oriented. We (mother/son combo) dropped in for some spontaneous Yoga. They got us into a wonderful class with all the props. Our pocketbook was not strained at all. These people need recognition for the work they are doing for ALL demographicsThey are also taking donations for their wonderful community outreach. Please try these folks, they're worth the drive!!“

“Love this gym, lots of space, equipment, and access to loads of amenities and great classes. Have taken the body pump classes by Susan and Karen and they were phenomenal! Amazing for all levels and they kept the workouts fun and at a good pace. I would give 5 stars but lately they've had a lot of equipment and machines break and they are unrepaired for long periods of time. Overall though amazing gym and have turned 3 friends onto it and they now workout there regularly.“

“I love this hotworx location! Staff is friendly, it’s always clean and stocked, plus the parking is great! Hotworx is great for challenging guided workouts but Montgomery plaza makes it better!“

“I've been to this one a few times. Great placement in the city and very accessible. Never crowded, so that's good. It's pretty small with only 6 saunas (8 is ideal). Good weights area. A lot of the equipment is old and needs to be replaced (cycles, rowing machines). Let me know your thoughts ?“

“I love Bungee One! In the past I would get bored quickly when I started a new workout routine but not here. I love flying through the air having fun while getting my heart rate up. It’s been a great find for me!“

“I love the around the room windows and that it's up on the 2nd floor. I ALWAYS recommend this place to people but I've learned that it really depends on what class and instructor you take. For example, I took a power vinyasa with kelsey that was fantastically led even though the class was so booked we were packed in like sardines. On the other hand, took a vin + yin with ~6 other ppl in the class and you could barely hear the instructor to follow along. Also the room never got hot-- i was under the impression that all the classes were hot but i could be wrong .“

“We took the 9:45 am therapeutic yoga class while we were in town for the eclipse and it was so relaxing and incredibly good for my back and neck pain. The instructor was so friendly and she chatted with us for a while after class. We would definitely come back to a class here if we are in the area!“
