I've been to this yoga studio a few times and every instructor I've had was amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable. I haven't practiced a lot of yoga, so I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and patient everyone was with me.

I’ve been practicing at The Sanctuary Yoga Room for years and I just love it. The owner, Rebecca, and all of the instructors are skilled, kind, and encouraging. I’ve never taken a bad class. The community is welcoming and supportive. I kind of feel like Norm walking into Cheers when I walk into the studio! :) If you’re looking for a place to build strength in your body and cultivate peace in your spirit, I encourage you to visit Sanctuary!

I have been a student of the Sanctuary Yoga Room for such a long time. There isn’t anything else like it. The teaching is so skillful but also healing first. Don’t get me wrong if you want to build strength there are options for you. If you’re looking to heal and pace yourself they can work with you on that as well. The community is also fantastic.
