After this experience I will never go back to the classic gym. True way to get that balanced workout for your body. Love it.NFW is my favorite location, since it’s small and intimate. And I have to add I do love all instructors, but miss Nikki is my favorite ?

I have been taking classes for a month now and absolutely love it! The instructors are so helpful, friend and motivating. I went from hoping to take 2 classes a week to now taking 5-6 a week because I love it that much!!
