“The customer in front of me was salty that his order wasn’t ready because the laundry order was separate from his dry cleaning. He left in a huff. The women waiting on him were very polite and respectful.”

“I use a number of cleaners in town, but this is where I prefer to take my clothes. They have on-site alterations and buttons available when one goes missing. The turnaround is consistent on laundry and dry cleaning, as is the quality.
A while back, although MJ provided me with great service, I had an issue and was actually very frustrated when I left. I wrote to them expressing my dissatisfaction. Juli responded respectfully and took the appropriate actions to maintain me as a client, as well as make the situation right.
I'm now even more loyal.”
