First time using Ricks. Very pleased with the friendliness at drop off. I thought it was very reasonable. My slacks and jacket looked great, clean and wrinkle free. Love the use of text to let me know my clothes were ready for pickup. Initially she said it would be after 5, but it was hours earlier. So, on time delivery. Would recommend!
Just needed a linen outfit pressed. Great job and friendly staff.
Only suggestion, plastic wrap could be just a little wider to prevent new folds in the pressed item.
