I’ve been coming to Tom for years and have had 3 of my expensive selvedge denim altered by him to a perfect length
Each time I get measured at the shop I make sure to wear the boots I intend to pair with, so length of the pants is spot on.
Tom asks every time if it looks good and you can adjust from there. This is the best way to get the perfect length
Reading some of these bad reviews I think some people come in wearing different footwear so it doesn’t look correct once hemmed
For example, if you have a heeled boot and but measured in sneakers, the hem length will look too short once you wear boots

They did such a wonderful job brining my vintage wedding dress back to life!! Not only was the dress taken in perfectly, but they went extra mile and removed the yellowing and previous stitching to return the dress to its original 1930s vision. I just used SOCO Cleaners for the first time and it did not disappoint. I dropped my wedding dress off with the bottom practically brown from it raining on my wedding day. I came to pick it up and it looked like brand new. The attention to detail is amazing.
