“Martinizing Cleaners of Cedar Park came highly recommended to me for wedding dress cleaning. I spoke directly to the manager on my first visit. He took the time to thoroughly look over the dress and explain the cleaning process to me. He was honest and made no promises that 100% of the dirt/stains would come out, but promised to do their best. He gave me a time frame to expect completion. They messaged during that time frame that it was complete. I was out of town at the time so I called to let them know and make sure they could hang on to it until I returned. The manager was so kind and had no problem keeping it until I was ready to pick it up explaining that it cleaned well and they were happy with the results. I picked it up the other day, haven’t looked it over completely, but I was so impressed by their customer service. I highly recommend this company.”
