I recently moved and switched from the South Lamar location to the William Cannon ZIPS, and I’ve had a wonderful experience. Lorie went above and beyond to help me when I needed a romper dry cleaned the same day before leaving town. She expedited my order and made sure it was ready in time, which I truly appreciated.
On top of the excellent service, Lorie is incredibly friendly and welcoming. She’s the kind of person who makes you look forward to stopping by. Great customer service is hard to find, and she definitely deserves recognition. Thank you, Lorie, for making a stressful situation so easy!
First-time customer! Took a comforter to be dry cleaned; one price - $24.99. The lady checked it in, explained the process, and on I went. Everything worked out, and when I got the text that it was ready, I went by to pick it up. And, to top it all, the comforter was given to me in a bag... a BAG! Now, I can store it until next winter. Loved it all! I am going back.
