We have officially switched to Tide cleaners. No issues with our previous cleaners, but this Tide cleaners is convenient, fast and my clothes look great. And there is always a smiling face, especially Sadie, waiting to greet us and help us with our order.
Dropped off my medical school white coat on a Friday and returned Monday to pick it up. They said it wasn't ready and was told to come in the next day for pickup. I returned and they said they had actually misplaced my white coat and to email the manager to find it. The employee working the front did not help in contacting the manager. So after texting the manager myself and going back and forth a couple of days they found my white coat in a pile of "misfits." I was then asked to pay full price after being lied to about it's whereabouts. After refusing to pay full price for the horrible customer service I was given 10% off. Always great,friendly customer service with Sandra and she always has my clothes ready for me before I walk in the door and always offers to walk them out to my car for me. This is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Clothes in by 9 ready by 5 is great also!
