Ian's Dry Cleaning and Laundry Delivery has completely changed the way I handle my laundry and I honestly could not be more pleased with the service. The pickup and delivery system works like a clockwork, always on time and incredibly convenient for a busy schedule. My clothes come back perfectly cleaned, pressed and neatly packaged every single time without exception. The pricing is fair and transparent with no hidden surprises, which I really appreciate. It is one of those services that once you try it you simply cannot imagine going back to doing things the old way.
I am new to town and started using Jack Browns for approx a month. I gave them a month to get it together from not showing up to scheduled delivery, to melting snap on buttons to not picking up my scheduled dry cleaning. Needless to say, I set out to locate a new dry cleaners after approx a month of chances. This is my first week of service with Ian Cleaners and I am already impressed. They timely picked up my scheduled dry cleaning. I even received notification when they were on their way to photos of what they received. Additionally, I received a copy of my receipt. I am so happy I discovered Ian’s! I truly hate doing laundry. I’d use this service even if I DID have a washer/dryer. Sometimes my eco friendly detergent sheets don’t get returned, but it’s a small price to pay. Laundry is returned folded so that all I have to do is put it in a drawer. Yippee!🥳
