The cleaning was great. The service has a question; why when there are two employees working and people standing in line to pick up and drop off, only one employee waits on customers.
The team cares and takes their job seriously. All items were ready in time and I'm the expected condition. The quality of the work is good. They also set the expectations for my wedding dress that will take longer to be ready and reminded me when I picked up my other items. Great service.
Great experience at Rick’s. I brought a couch slipcover in for dry cleaning. It is 100% linen and they were able to get all stains out. Great customer service too!Services: Special care fabric cleaning
