“Galentine’s Day class on a Friday night was fun. Rhianna is an awesome teacher. Though Pilates can be telling to the limitations in your body she consistently encourages you through each section of the class. I’m impressed at her ability to teach a class of mixed levels from novice to intermediate with everyone experiencing a tolerably challenging yet rewarding workout.

“Nikki is amazing and deserves more than 5 stars! She makes me look forward to each workout. I’ve learned a lot through her knowledge and approach. I’ve gained confidence because she reinforces how to do it correctly - what muscles should be engaged. She is tough but worth it.”
“I found many recommendations for Thai Yoga and it did not dissappoint! Annie did a wonderful job! Different than a swiss massage and I loved it.”
