“I ordered from out of state (I am in Washington) and the process was fairly smooth. Kevin was so helpful and responsive as I had to order twice due to a contractor mistake & he got the order in and shipped quickly. Only thing I questioned was their online payment system seemed pretty outdated - using a document and inputting very sensitive data (credit card) but hoping they have processes in place to delete the information after it is used.“

“Back in December had the floor re-done wall to wall... This CREW came out and that feeling you get is (great these guys) we had to stay at a bnb for 5 days. Not safe for my furbabies or us.
