Jimmie Beth let us take our time while we decided on we wanted and that was a big deal for us. She even came on her off day to do the measuring to accommodate our busy schedules. We had a great experience with floors for living. Mike was great, communicated clearly and was timely. The crew were respectful and worked well with us (we have small kids, large dogs) when there was a lot going on. They finished even faster than originally quoted and our new floors are beautiful! We’ve had them for almost 5 months now and we couldn’t be happier with them.

Michael was very helpful throughout the entire process, starting with coming out for the site survey and taking the time to provide detailed explanations and answer our questions, followed by helping us with the flooring selection. He was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.
