The team at this store are so friendly and really value the customer. Specifically I want to shout out Josh who I later found out was a Manager. He saw me looking like a lost puppy on a back aisle and stopped to talk to me and offer assistance. He was super knowledgeable and discussed various options with me. I asked if a Designer was available and he immediately went to check if anyone was free. Ms. Noelia was free at the time which I was truly thankful for! She helped me pair my options to create a dynamic look! She was really patient and simply kind. That is not always the case nowadays in the world of customer service. The customer service at this location is amazing. It far exceeds the customer service I have received at other Floor & Decor locations. I had 3 employees ask if they could help me in one visit. The last 20 times I have been at other locations, not one employee asked me if I needed help or even made eye contact to say hi. I recommend managers of all other Houston area locations to find out what this location is doing differently and follow the management style of this location. This is now the location I will always go to for my material.

Got invited to this location for a Pro event. Fantastic people and products here, we love the experience.The managers have a genuine interest in serving all customers and supporting Pro Customers with their client needs.New store replacing the 1960, andI45 store.
