We have used color interiors in the past with zero issues so when it came time to replace all of our carpet with laminate flooring we decided to go back to this company. This time we had a couple of bumps in the road but they went above and beyond to make it right and our floors look amazing! We worked directly with the owner who made sure we were happy. We will continue to use color interiors in the future!
We had several large custom carpets installed in our home. This was my first experience having custom carpets fabricated and installed so I had no idea what to expect, and with the price I was nervous. Jacob was our point of contact throughout the process. He was very responsive, met all of our needs, and was patient even when we had change orders and needed additional work done after the main job. I can’t imagine the process going any smoother than it did. We very much appreciate the hard work and attention to detail that went into this job.

While out of town we had a chandelier whose support chain broke and it was hanging by only the electric wire. We went to Color Interiors and were met by Sean, who was extremely helpful. He looked at the photos, told us what kind of connector we needed and went and looked for one. He gave us one (free!) but with comment that there were two sizes of threads and he couldn't be sure this one would fit just looking at photos. It didn't, and I returned. He ordered the correct size, but was leaving town on a personal trip. As soon as the part came it, Annette called and i picked it up. Electricians were able to rehang the light fixture.
