Roberts Carpet & Fine Floors, serving Houston since 1984, offers a wide variety of flooring options including carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl tile, natural stone, and ceramic tile. Customers praise the store's excellent service and competitive pricing, highlighting Kevin's expertise and helpfulness. The company boasts an impressive selection of top brands and stands out by employing its own carpet installation team, ensuring a seamless experience from selection to completion.
This install team was great. They were polite and professional — and said not to worry about anything, that they would handle everything. They absolutely did, they also patiently answered every question in a friendly manner. They worked head down for several hours and did a beautiful job. Most definitely an exceptional team. I will use Robert’s again just because they were so good. The salesmanTom, in the Woodlands also bent over backwards to satisfy everything we needed. Great experience all around for buying carpet!! The team leader was Sebastian and he was focused and very much in control of the carpet installation!!!
