“Shouting from the roof tops how much I LOVED our experience at Spring Carpets. Priscilla was so helpful from the moment we came in to look around to driving to our house to do measurements. She would follow up via email or phone calls which I really appreciated staying in the loop. Our carpet was installed last week and it turned out amazing. She even called to follow up how installation went. We ended up buying the laminate flooring and we plan to install it ourselves and the pick up process was smooth and everyone was super helpful. “Sales rep Tim came out and help me with a great deal… He beat two other companies that I had to come out with pricewise and timewise… Tim measured everything perfectly in and out, and even hidden spots that I wasn’t aware of… Tim was very patient with me and took the time to explain everything that I needed to know and help me choose my material for my project…
The installer sorry I don’t remember his name, was great… He explained some things to me, showed me some things and walked me through the insulation before he started…
As he finished, he cleaned up everything and walked me around to see if I had any questions about anything… He done an amazing fantastic job… This project was a long time in the making, and I am so glad that I had it done and so proud of the outlook…

They were very professional and work hard to get the job done quick and with quality ( 2 days to complete 4 bedrooms including the leveling )They also helped getting all the furniture back once they were done. “I ordered from out of state (I am in Washington) and the process was fairly smooth. Kevin was so helpful and responsive as I had to order twice due to a contractor mistake & he got the order in and shipped quickly. Only thing I questioned was their online payment system seemed pretty outdated - using a document and inputting very sensitive data (credit card) but hoping they have processes in place to delete the information after it is used.“
