“I went to Home Depot to get a quote for some carpet, they said anything over $699 was free installation. They also said that there would be a charge for any large pieces of furniture that needed to be taken apart. It took 3 days for them to get back to me and they wanted to charge me for $960 for installation even though I said I would take apart the large furniture. The claimed I had special furniture that needed to be moved and also said that I told them that I don’t have electricity. The Quote was $5700. I went to Floormax and they charged one price for the carpet and installation and moving and taking apart the furniture. It was $1800 cheaper than Home Depot. When the guy came to take measurements I told him I’d take the large furniture apart. He insisted that they would do it themselves. They came to take measurements the same day and started the installation the next day. The installers did great work and were true professionals. My only warning for you is to bring a check or cash because they have a 3% service fee on credit card transactions. This is normal nowadays however, it’s much higher when spending thousands. I highly recommend Floormax and would definitely use them again.“

“We had our kitchen remodeled by Julio and his team. We are so pleased with the work they did. They were always on time, worked the whole day and even stayed late to finish projects. The projects were finished in a timely manner, the remodel was done so fast and it turned out beautiful. Julio always came by to check on the progress(daily) and answered all of our questions. They even finished with Julio’s wife adding some pretty decorating touches. Such a nice surprise! Couldn’t be happier with the results. He saw me looking like a lost puppy on a back aisle and stopped to talk to me and offer assistance. He was super knowledgeable and discussed various options with me. I asked if a Designer was available and he immediately went to check if anyone was free. Ms. Noelia was free at the time which I was truly thankful for! She helped me pair my options to create a dynamic look! She was really patient and simply kind. That is not always the case nowadays in the world of customer service.
