The team is helpful, efficient, and listens to what customers want, with on-time measurements and great work. Customers are absolutely loving their new floors. Excellent coordination and work from the team, with Cortec noted as the best LVP brand not found in big-box stores. Staff helped customers pick the right color, were patient with changes, and the installation team did a great job with great workmanship. Work was done professionally and in a timely manner, with any issues fixed quickly at the customer's convenience. Customers would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.
Sales rep Tim came out and help me with a great deal… He beat two other companies that I had to come out with pricewise and timewise… Tim measured everything perfectly in and out, and even hidden spots that I wasn’t aware of… Tim was very patient with me and took the time to explain everything that I needed to know and help me choose my material for my project…
The installer sorry I don’t remember his name, was great… He explained some things to me, showed me some things and walked me through the insulation before he started…
