We were dealing with some pretty bad cat urine stains and odor thanks to our asshole cat 😂, and I honestly wasn’t sure the carpet could ever smell normal again.

Not only did they completely eliminate the smell, but they made our carpets look brand new—even in the high-traffic areas that I thought were permanently worn out. The difference was incredible.

The process was very smooth. Mario and Chris did the demo and were very respectful of our home and kept their workspace clean and kept the dust at a minimum. The office also updated us along the way so we knew every day what time they would arrive. They even worked around our schedule and being out of town. Jim came in after the demo to clean the space and make sure the mold was removed properly and he was so very kind and treated our space as if it was his own home!
