I had an emergency on a Friday evening. I could hear water gushing in my bathroom wall. Of course, in the evening, on a Friday. Par for the course. I called my regular plumber. I told him what was going on and he said he couldn't come. Chose not to. My sister had used Denny. He came to her rescue late at night and was there until midnight. She thinks Denny hung the moon. She said to call Denny he will help you. Denny did come with his daughter about 8:00. He found the source of the leak in the wall immediately.Sadly, it was necessary to cut holes in the wall and cabinet to get to the leak. Jilly Plumbing was the third water softener company i called! They not only answered my call, they called me back and came by to look the next day! Thank you for giving us options for repair, replace, or heck try to live without!, the "albatross" water softener we got in home we just moved into! While we decided to wait and count our pennies, we definitely want to call Jilly back when we are ready for new water softener! What a relief to find a company honest and helpful to depend on and want to keep in my contacts list!

Jilly plumbing was there on time, very responsive, and prifessional. They really cared about my plumbing issues and fixed the issue as soon as possible. I will call them again in the future.
