Austin was amazing, efficient and worked with me on the price and payment. We had a major drain issue with the toilet. They dug a trench to replace old rusted pipe and broken concrete pipes that were causing a major clog. He was punctual, explained the issue and process, and always kept me informed of the progress. They have earned a loyal customer. Very Highly Recommend.
Tony was extremely helpful with fixing my initial issue and identifying the root cause. He quickly responded on a Saturday evening and was done within 15 minutes. Great and friendly service!
I am writing this review about American Auger because we are extremely pleased with the service that we have received from this company. We had a leak in the master bedroom bath area. It was very late in the day when we called American Auger to ask if someone could come out and see what the issue was.
I was told that no one was available that evening. However, no sooner had I completed my phone call, when Tony called me back and said that he would come over later that evening. (He must have heard the disappointment in my voice.) True to his word, he came out later that evening. I am sure that it was definitely after business hours, and he worked on the plumbing problem.
