Always in good hands with JD. Attentive, responsive, thorough, comprehensive, knowledgeable, incredibly competent in their work and very humble and patient when it comes to translating/explaining technicalities to the regular homeowner. Joel did a wonderful job-definitely will be hiring them again on future projects!

I called JD Service Repairs and I was super happy with the customer service and the work they provided. They came out the same day and got the job complete. Johnny was so personable and he did a fantastic job fixing the leak we had. I enjoyed talking to him. Super nice guy!

I had a leaking pressure reducing valve and they had sent out a plumber(Johnny) within 2 hours and had it fixed within an hour. The original quote I was given when scheduling the appointment was kept and the plumber informed me of a few improvements that I may want in the future but didn't push me to get it done right away. I will definitely be calling them back in the future for any other issues I have.
