We had a clog on the outside pipes. The issues occurred late on a Sunday night. We called Roto and they dispatch a Plumber, Jacob. Jacob was excellent and clearly explained everything. They were able to fix the issue within minutes. They also have a guy scheduled to check the pipes with a camera to inspect the outside pipes.
