“Alex was personable.....I showed him the problem....we found the water shutoff after a bit of a search. The broken spicket was replaced, however there was no water. Alex asked if there was a water softener..BINGO...the control panel was the magic and the water was fixed. A bit pricey though. Alex did inform me of the water heater service plan and installing a sensor if there is a leak. Since the water heater is in the attic that could be costly if it is leaking and out of sight, out of mind until it is too late. Job well done.“
