“I’m 60 years old but still enjoy participating in competitive track and field. I’ve had my share of injuries and setbacks over the past three years. Participating in a variety of events; 200m, 400m, 800m and running long jump - I struggled to make it for more than 2-3 weeks without a hamstring, quad or foot injury. I believe Lena does a fantastic job and very friendly although we have a bit of a language barrier. This place is always clean and Lena and Tom are always friendly and welcoming. massage. Today I stopped in and have recently injured my lower back explained as best I could I had a sore lower back. She understood quickly and went to work on my back focusing on my injured area asking every few minutes if it was ok or too hard making sure not to make things worse.
