They are absolutely awesome! Not only are they very professional, but also very pleasant. They did an awesome job and also cleaned up after themselves. When something was needed, Jason Burton came himself to take care of it. I totally recommend everyone to use Burton Heat and air...you will be extremely satisfied!!! Jason was absolutely amazing to work with! I reached out to him around 4:30 p.m. to explain what our AC was doing. He initially let me know he wouldn’t be able to come out until the next day, which was completely understandable. A few minutes later, he called me back and said he could be at our house within 45 minutes.
When Jason arrived, he thoroughly explained our options. He gave us an estimate for repairing our 19-year-old unit, as well as a quote for replacing it with a new system. We were very happy with the pricing and were actually surprised that it came in lower than we expected.

Our ancient AC unit decided to die during one of the hottest days of the summer. Called Burton late on Wednesday, they had a tec out early the next morning. The quote they gave for replacing the whole system seemed very reasonable and they were able to do it that day. They had financing that was easy. Jason, the owner came out which I really appreciated. The team he had working for him were polite and knowledgeable. I love doing business with family owned business and with an owner who truly cares. I would highly recommend them.
