He worked with us, listening to my wife's request for new everything. The room was gutted to the studs and the tile floor removed. He kept us informed on the entire process with an overview and a project timeline. They took our needs and requests to heart and firmly believe he worked it as if it was his home. We came in under budget and on time. We had experienced a water leak just before we started the bathroom and upon completion of the bathroom we immediately offered the job of replacing/ repairing our hardwood floors and also the damaged vinyl floors in the dining room and home office.
