“Trident replaced the roofing on our house about two years ago after we received severe hail damage. At that time we had a great deal of difficulty with our insurance company because they had established the needed materials incorrectly. Trident did a lot of extra work with the insurance company to get all the issues resolved so we could get paid the correct amount of money for the work performed. They did a good job of replacing the roof and we didn’t experience any problems at the time . Two years later after more hail and high winds we did experience a leak. We called Trident and they responded quickly to resolve the problem. We have been impressed with their work and continued support.
