I was surprised at the many details that had to be addressed in dealing with the city of Benbrook and our Homeowner’s Association. Memar flawlessly orchestrated a variety of experts in framing the garage, laying the bricks, installing the garage door, insulating and painting the walls and attic, and even having his own father figure out how to install the intricate lock on the side door.
